About me

Hi. I’m Lyga

With over a decade of experience in the gym, I've dedicated my life to the art of strength training, and at 38 years young, I'm more passionate than ever about helping women like you discover the incredible power within.

My mission is simple yet powerful: to help, inspire, and empower women to embrace the world of weight training, foster a profound love for their bodies, nurture unshakable confidence, and encourage them to take up space not only within the gym but in every facet of their lives.

As a woman who has experienced firsthand the transformative effects of weight training, I understand the challenges and triumphs you may face on your fitness journey. My commitment is to provide you with the guidance, knowledge, and unwavering support you need to unlock your potential, sculpt your physique, and embrace the strength within you.

I help my clients to break down barriers, challenge preconceptions, and redefine the way they approach fitness. I want all women to stand tall, and confident and be unapologetically themselves both inside and outside of the gym.

    I’ve been doing online coaching with Lyga for six months now and the results I’ve seen not only in terms of physical health but also mental calm, discipline and consistency have been phenomenal. She has also really helped my relationship with food and helped me try to break away from body-image issues & body dysmorphia. She’s a true example of work on your strength, both body & mind, and the rest will follow. While we’re half way across the world, Lyga keeps a tab on my workouts and form (videos I send her) and gives me suggestions and corrections, she also takes my knee injuries into account and provides the best exercises while being cautious of my knees.
